Top 100 Law firm located in fantastic modern offices in Southampton seek a Temporary Legal Secretary to join their property team.

Core Duties Will Include:

  • File opening and management.
  • Dictation.
  • Court bundles and forms.
  • Client ID Checks.
  • Preparing Risk and Compliance Assessments.
  • Providing Cost Estimates and Client Updates.
  • Billing and expenses.
  • Diary management for the team and arranging meetings for clients.
  • Assist with marketing and business development events.

Ideal candidates must have worked as a Legal Secretary ideally within Property or have a strong interest in this area. We are looking for good communication skills along with legal work experience.
