Temporary IR Executive Assistant

Are you an EA with experience within investor relations teams at private equity firms? We’re always on the lookout for fantastic EA’s who have high attention to detail, fluency working with data and CRM systems, ideally within the financial services sector. This is a perfect opportunity for someone wanting to further their experience whilst maintaining flexibility and control in their career!

As an EA within an IR team, you will be responsible for:

• Complex diary management
• Coordinating travel and logistics (including flights, transportation, and hotels) for investor meetings
• Assisting with IR related events
• Arranging roadshows
• Supporting the preparation of agendas, presentation and other relevant material for key meetings

Benefits:

• £28ph (potential earning, depending on firm and experience).
• Holiday pay (accrued by the hour).
• Free breakfasts and lunches (dependent on firm).

You will be expected to provide comprehensive administrative support to leading private equity and alternative investment firms. Exposure to private equity or boutique finance environments is desirable. The ability to be adaptable, pro-active, communicative and highly reliable are vital for this role.
