Job Description
The London based Temporary HR Business Partner will:
Provide strategic and operational human resource advice
Develop and implement HR strategies aligning with the organisation's mission
Manage HR processes including recruitment, staff development, and performance management
Ensure legal compliance in all HR matters
Lead and manage change initiatives
Contribute to the development of the organisation's culture and values
Manage employee relations and communication
Provide support in the management of organisational structure and staffing levels
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary HR Business Partner should have:
Relevant academic qualifications in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience as a HR Business Partner in the Not-For-Profit sector
Strong knowledge of HR strategies and operations
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Ability to manage change and resolve conflicts
Superb communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR legal compliance
Proven ability to develop and maintain positive organisational culture and values
