Temporary Global Accounts Payable

We have registered a fantastic opportunity for a Temporary Global Accounts Payable candidate to join a fast-growing technology company based in central Oxford.

This is a temporary role to start immediately to provide critical internal cover. You will be working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Global Accounts Payable Responsibilities

1. Maintaining accurate supplier records, including onboarding and ensuring compliance
2. Month-end preparation and presentation
3. Statutory Accounting & Financial Reporting
4. Month-end and VAT
5. Daily bookkeeping
6. Invoice preparation
7. AP/AR schedules and settlements
8. Bank reconciliations
9. VAT close

Temporary Global Accounts Payable Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have strong Bookkeeping experience and excellent communication skills.

Other requirements for this role include:

1. AAT Qualified (or equivalent)
2. Proven experience with accounting software, especially Xero
3. Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Location

Our client is located in central Oxford (OX1). There is no onsite parking, but the office is easily accessible by public transport.
