C&C Search is currently recruiting a Temporary Finance Administrator for a highly regarded property investment and development firm based in Knightsbridge.

Position:
Temporary Finance Administrator – supporting the Finance Director and a close-knit team of 6 within a well-established and respected real estate firm.

Salary:
£19 per hour.

Hybrid set up:
5 days in the office.

Key responsibilities for this Finance Administrator position:
  1. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Finance Director and team.
  2. Maintain accurate statutory records and manage key filings using Blueprint software.
  3. Assist in the preparation and distribution of quarterly board reports and legal documentation.
  4. Support credit card and congestion charge reconciliation and weekly cost analysis.
  5. Coordinate diaries and provide general administrative support, including holiday cover for Accounts Payable.
  6. Handle sensitive documentation and assist with KYC/AML processes.
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  1. Proven administrative experience in roles such as PA, finance assistant, or office administrator.
  2. Strong numerical skills and a good working knowledge of Excel.
  3. Knowledge of company secretarial processes is a plus but not essential.
  4. Excellent organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and attention to detail.
  5. Discreet and professional in handling confidential information.
