Whether you're seeking shorter-term roles between your own projects or prefer a longer-term temporary position, working as a career temp can provide flexibility, the chance to familiarise yourself with various teams, and the opportunity to enhance your experience within private equity firms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Complex diary and inbox management
2. Arranging complex travel itineraries
3. Managing expenses
4. Other administrative tasks to the assigned team(s)/individual(s)

DETAILS AND BENEFITS:

1. Fully office based, in London’s West End and Mayfair
2. Hourly rates of up to £23-£28ph plus holiday pay
3. Free breakfasts and lunches included with many of our clients

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant within faced-paced and dynamic environments
2. Exposure to private equity and/or boutique finance is desirable
