As a Temporary Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons during staff absences
• Maintain a calm and structured learning environment
• Support pupils with SEN and SEMH needs in and out of the classroom
• Build strong, positive relationships with students
• Encourage engagement, independence, and self-confidence
• Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to ensure consistency
