Temporary Buyers Admin Assistant - Luxury Fashion

This luxury womenswear and menswear retailer is looking for an established Buyers Assistant on a temporary basis to work with the buyer and AB to manage one of the womenswear departments. This role is a temporary position for around one to three months with a view to potentially extend.

Temporary Buyers Administration Assistant - The Role

1. Managing the sample library
2. Calling suppliers chasing on samples and approvals
3. Managing the critical path for the selected department
4. Supporting the junior buyer and buyer with ad hoc tasks

Temporary Buyers Administration Assistant - The Candidate

1. Previous experience as a Buyers Administration Assistant or a placement within buying for a womenswear or menswear brand
2. Good organisational and admin skills
3. Confident when communicating with various departments
