We’re Hiring: 2 Recruitment Consultants – Temp & Perm Desks

Location: SL3 0AA | Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30 or 08:30–17:30
Salary: Dependent on experience + excellent incentives
Full UK Driving Licence required

1. 1x Temporary Recruitment Consultant – manage a hot temp desk with immediate client demand
2. 1x Permanent Recruitment Consultant – take over a warm perm desk with strong existing client relationships

About the Roles:

Temporary Recruitment Consultant – Hot Desk

Hit the ground running with a fast-paced, high-volume temporary desk. With live jobs ready to fill and clients raring to go, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, reactive environment.

Your day will include:

1. Managing live client accounts and urgent bookings
2. Interviewing, screening, and onboarding temporary staff
3. Coordinating daily shift cover and availability
4. Building strong relationships with candidates and clients

Permanent Recruitment Consultant – Warm Desk

Step into a desk with existing perm business. You'll focus on nurturing current relationships, building new ones, and delivering high-quality permanent placements. Perfect for someone who enjoys a more consultative recruitment style.

Your day will include:

1. Managing permanent vacancies and the full recruitment cycle
2. Interviewing and matching candidates to client needs
3. Developing warm leads and expanding business opportunities
4. Delivering a tailored, professional service

What We’re Looking For:

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
2. Comfortable on the phone and confident speaking with a wide range of people
3. Highly organised and results-driven
4. Tech-savvy and a quick learner
5. Positive, can-do attitude and able to work at pace
6. A full UK driving licence is essential
