Job description

We are currently recruiting for experienced temporary reception candidates who are able to commit to temporary bookings on an ongoing basis.

The bookings can be ad hoc, long term, and are flexible; they would be ideal for candidates who are studying, saving to travel, have another part-time job, or just those who enjoy the flexibility of temping!

All bookings are reception-based with some light admin duties and general office assistance such as setting up meeting rooms, and are based within luxury offices across London.

If you are reliable, friendly, professional, and have client-facing experience with excellent references, we would love to hear from you!

Weekly pay and great pay rates.

Requirements:

  1. Previous temp experience as a receptionist, preferably in luxury serviced offices.
  2. References must be available.
  3. Exceptional customer service skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and multi-task.
  4. Good IT skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome clients by greeting them in person or on the phone, answering or referring inquiries.
  2. Responsible for setting up meeting rooms and helping clients.
  3. Perform administrative tasks.
  4. Answer phone calls and respond appropriately to the caller’s needs.
  5. Keep track of the people arriving for appointments and when they leave the building.
  6. Access emails and reply to clients where needed.
