Telesales - Work From Home Full time – Permanent – No weekends. £23k base salary and OTE of £29-30k. Fully Remote – equipment provided. 37.5 hours a week - 10.30am - 7pm - Monday - Friday.

Telesales Role Summary

You will be making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make 150/200 calls a day on an automated dialler.
2. Build rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs.
3. Achieve targets of 7-10 sales a day (90% of the existing team do hit their targets).
4. Ensure you are meeting compliance expectations with every process.

Required Skills and Experience

Call Centre, Retail sales, Customer Service, Telesales and Field sales experience will be considered. You will need a quiet place to work at home. Be comfortable with remote working. The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.
