Telesales Representatives required in Pontyclun, RCT

Telesales Representatives required for temp-to-perm assignments at a busy manufacturing and distribution facility based near Pontyclun, South Wales. The roles will involve generating new leads, making outbound calls to other businesses, providing excellent customer service whilst working towards making profit and exceeding KPIs. The ideal candidate will have proven experience making cold calls in a B2B setting, be comfortable talking to customers and potential new customers, have experience servicing existing accounts, and will be highly motivated to exceed targets.

This is a temp-to-perm role where you will become permanent following a successful probationary period.

Working hours:

• 20-30 hours per week
• Flexible start and finish times to suit childcare needs

Pay rates:

• £12.21ph PAYE
• Weekly pay
