Job description

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a motivated Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team at LSH Auto. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our services and products, specifically focusing on upselling customer care plans.

This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for sales and possess excellent communication skills. You'll be working towards targets, providing top-notch customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our aftersales department.

This is a full-time role, office based.

Hours: 40

Monday - Saturday (Rota)

Salary: £25,400 plus OTE bonus £8,400

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and sales.
  • Building rapport with customers and understanding their needs.
  • Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM system with customer interactions.
  • Following up on leads and providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • A customer-focused attitude and a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Resilience and the ability to handle objections professionally.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to work.
