Dynamic Telesales Representative Opportunity

Salary: £30,000-£32,000 per annum + Uncapped Quarterly Commission OTE £50k pa + Holidays + Pension
Location: Office based in Salford - Fast-Paced Work Environment

Your Role:
As a Telesales Representative, you will:
  1. Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients, introducing tailored solutions to meet their energy management needs.
  2. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
  3. Leverage industry insights to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with a driven team to exceed sales targets and contribute to our growth story.
  5. Utilise tools like Hubspot to track, manage, and optimise your sales pipeline.

What We're Looking For:
  1. Proven experience in solution-based telesales or telemarketing, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  2. Technical background or a strong technical aptitude would be an advantage.
  3. Exceptional verbal communication skills and a consultative approach to sales.
  4. Resilience and adaptability in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  5. Proficiency in CRM tools and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
