Telesales Representative

Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Telesales Representative for our client based in Birmingham. As a Telesales Representative you will be responsible for carrying out unscripted telephone appointment making, data cleansing, research and lead generation campaigns throughout the UK and Europe. The position is hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Telesales Representative Responsibilities:

1. To be a professional and effective telemarketer, meeting the minimum company KPI’s.
2. Carry out unscripted telephone calls on behalf of clients.
3. Answer questions about product specifications.
4. Book appointments with relevant prospects.
5. Complete data cleansing activities.
6. Carry out market research into various industries.
7. Provide input into lead generation campaigns of various makeups.

Telesales Representative Details:

Pay: £12-14 PH
Schedule: Monday – Thursday (08:00am – 16:00pm), Friday (08:00am – 15:35pm)
Location: Birmingham
Duration: Temp to perm

Telesales Representative Requirements:

1. Languages: French / German / English
2. Good telephone manner
3. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication
4. Ability to work to targets: call volumes, conversations and leads
5. Time management skills
6. Client liaison and good customer service
7. Computer literate including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
