Telesales Manager

Location: London / Office based

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: Full time, 9 Months Fixed Term

The Role

They are looking for the fearless talkers, the passionate technologists and the go the extra milers. Working as a Field Sales Support for their Door to Door Team means becoming one of the faces of Community Fibre. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and a real eye for a deal.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Day to day management of the telesales team
  2. Performance management of existing KPI's
  3. Build a reporting suite to help in decision making
  4. Identifying issues with current processes to streamline and enhance
  5. Effective database management
  6. Customer expectation management
  7. High quality customer care
  8. Amending Agency Orders
  9. Dealing with enquiries from their third party telesales agency
  10. Managing DWP and council free offers dialing data

The experience they're looking for you to bring:

  1. At least 3 years experience in managing a telesales team on inbound and outbound
  2. A passion for technology
  3. Strong eye for detail
  4. Self-motivated
  5. High level of organisation
  6. Data centric and comfortable using numbers to improve call handling, efficiencies and conversion rates
  7. Strong communicator both written and verbally
  8. Extremely organised
  9. Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively
  10. Cool under pressure
