Telesales / Lead Gen Sales Manager

VANRATH is delighted to have partnered with a leading Telecoms and Telematics provider to recruit a business development executive to join their talented and growing team. This company has aims to triple their numbers in the near future.

The office is located at Fortwilliam docks, with the aims to move to Belfast City Centre.

Salary
£35,000 - £40,000 basic plus commission and shares offering

We are looking for someone with a passion to lead, motivate and co-ordinate our team of Lead Gens and Telesales. This is an office-based role that offers massive progression for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the lead gen / telesales team
• Sales strategy
• Grow the telesales team numbers
• Control sales processes from start to finish

Essential Criteria:

• Must have sales management experience within telecoms / IT / similar (BD teams ideal)
• Business Development experience
• Coming from a strong telecoms or IT background
