About the Role

As a Telesales Executive at Brsk, you’ll be on the front lines, selling our range of broadband and telecom products to prospective customers over the phone. Whether it's outbound calls or inbound leads, you’ll be helping customers find the perfect solutions while driving the Brsk brand forward in your area.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls and close sales from inbound leads
  2. Generate leads and maintain contact details
  3. Hit weekly and monthly targets, and smash your sales goals
  4. Deliver top-tier customer service with a focus on satisfaction
  5. Be an ambassador for Brsk and build relationships that last

What We’re Looking For:

  1. 1+ year of sales experience in a fast-paced environment (contact centre, telesales, B2B/B2C, lead generation… if you’ve done it, we want you!)
  2. Passionate about customer service and building strong relationships
  3. Target-driven with a strong work ethic
  4. Ability to have great conversations, influence, and negotiate
  5. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously from home
  6. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  7. A problem solver and amazing interpersonal skills
  8. Someone with a drive for excellence and a desire to learn and grow
  9. Proficient with computers and quick to learn new applications

Salary & Benefits:

  1. Base Salary: £25,400 DOE
  2. OTE: £37,000
  3. 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and a day off to celebrate your birthday

Please note this role is primarily based working from home, so you need to be able to work independently whilst smashing great sales results in your own office space. We do meet up as a team and work from a shared office space in the Northwest from time to time and you need to be able to travel to these meet ups once or twice a month.
