Job description

Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a leading dealer of material handling equipment looking to recruit a new telesales executive to help build & develop their client base across the UK. With excellent, uncapped commission opportunities and scope for growth, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Telesales professional to take on a new role selling an innovative product.

Responsibilities
  • Build and develop a strong pipeline through utilizing emails, cold calling, Google Ads, social media, and various other market research.
  • Assist the sales team in fact-finding with new customers to allow them to provide the best solution.
  • Meet/exceed KPI’s and targets to meet business demands.
  • Consistently deliver new opportunities to the external sales professionals.
  • Attend various customer exhibitions and have the flexibility to travel where and when required.
Requirements

You will ideally have worked in a telesales/internal sales role before, with a proven track record and have the ability to seek new customers effectively. You will be proactive in your approach to selling and will have a solid understanding of equipment hire. The company is expanding quickly and needs an individual who can identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and drive growth for the company through cold calling and various other routes to market. As this is an office-based role and the company is based in Nuneaton, they need someone who is within commutable distance to the office.
