Role Overview:
This is a new business sales position and we are not going to lie to you - it will involve high volume outbound sales activity - predominantly through calling, and requires a candidate who is able to hunt for new business and develop lasting relationships with education sector customers and partner suppliers.
On a daily basis as a Telesales Executive you will be contacting prospective schools and school suppliers to introduce them to our compliant funding solution, aiming to source new opportunities that we can confidently help the school or supplier solve.
Once you win a customer, you retain it. It is then your responsibility to develop that relationship and identify other opportunities within the school where our Asset Finance solution can be used to help enhance the school.
Product training is provided, but you should only apply if you have a proven track record as a successful Sales Person.
There is a generous commission plan based on total new business secured and commission is entirely uncapped.
