Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Telford

Salary: £24,000 basic, plus uncapped commission. OTE £45,000

Reporting to: Telesales Manager

The Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated team player with experience of working in a fast-paced environment to join our sales team.

In the role of a Telesales Executive, you'll be responsible for scheduling high-quality appointments by deeply understanding the customers' requirements and in turn securing appointments for our field sales team.

Tactically targeting specific customers via our CRM, delivering against a set of agreed objectives in line with the sales strategy. This is achieved by having excellent telephone and communication skills, with clarity, confidence, a personable attitude, and professionalism in all customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities as a Telesales Executive:

  1. Focus on qualifying and booking appointments for our field sales team.
  2. Generate opportunities by contacting potential customers from our CRM database and manage your own pipeline.
  3. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly appointment targets and objectives.
  4. Listen to the needs of customers and help find a solution from our product portfolio.
  5. Help customers understand the benefits of moving to Enreach as their preferred business telephony provider.
  6. Focus on the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of appointment activity not just the quantity, closing ratio, conversion ratio, and booking with decision makers.
  7. Attend regular training sessions and sales days to improve your product knowledge and self-development.

  5. Someone who is driven by hitting and overachieving targets.
  6. Build rapport with customers easily over the telephone.
  7. Can spot opportunities and capitalise on them quickly.
  8. IT Literate with proven experience of using CRM systems.
  9. Resilient and tenacious.
