About the Role:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive. As a Telesales Executive, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth by generating leads and setting appointments for senior sales executives at one of Essex's fastest growing companies. This position offers an excellent opportunity to advance within the company, with a clear progression path toward field sales roles for high performers.

Key Responsibilities of the Telesales Executive:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
  2. Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales representatives.
  3. Client Engagement: Engage with decision-makers to understand their business needs and present our value proposition.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team for effective lead handover and pipeline management.

Desirability's of the Telesales Executive:

  1. Prior experience in telesales, sales development, or a similar client-focused role is highly desirable.
