Focus Washrooms have been designing, making, and installing washrooms since 1998. We are currently recruiting a Telesales Executive to support our team at our office in Welham Green, Hatfield, Hertfordshire.

About the Role:

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for proactively searching out relevant enquiries. You will work closely with the sales team to make telephone contacts to prospects in the education and commercial sectors and secure interest with stakeholders regarding washroom refurbishment needs. There will be a high level of teleselling to industry prospects to search out enquiries. You will maintain a cadence of contact with existing clients in search of repeat business.

We are happy to negotiate on total days/hours, but will require no less than 3 days a week for 5 hours a day, with 30 minutes for lunch. However, we expect a willingness to put in whatever is necessary to meet demands.

About You:

The ideal candidate will be confident on the telephone, have a positive can-do attitude, and possess previous proactive sales telephone experience in a B2B marketplace. You will be accountable and hungry for task completion and success, as well as having great communication skills. You will also be an organised individual who is confident and able to project an assertive disposition.
