Job Description

The Mortgage Exchange LTD Hamilton office require an experienced Telesales Executive due to continued expansion. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and be of a positive and friendly demeanour. Minimum 2 years experience required; experience in financial services would be beneficial but not essential.

The role requires the applicant to contact inbound enquiries generated from our digital marketing campaigns and service existing clients. No cold calling; all leads generated are inbound.

For the right candidate, we will offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 + bonus.

The Telesales Executive role is a trainee role possibly leading to being trained as a mortgage advisor, and you will gain qualifications and certificates throughout the training programme.

Successful candidates will receive an induction to the company and training on the job. However, it is important that the right candidate has a positive and friendly attitude. On occasion, the hours may vary depending on the demands of the business.
