Derby
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 + Commission
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (Office Hours)

Telesales Executive Job Summary

As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating new business and maintaining strong client relationships. Your main responsibility will be to sell a wide range of products and services, providing tailored solutions that help businesses of all sizes improve their operations.

Telesales Executive Responsibilities:

  1. Drive new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media, ensuring you identify and connect with the right clients.
  2. Proactively grow existing client relationships, offering solutions to meet their business needs and building long-term partnerships.
  3. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and live chat, delivering clear, professional, and helpful messages.
  4. Work alongside customer service, marketing, and product specialists to deliver exceptional client support and insights.
  5. Develop a deep understanding of our extensive range of products and services to confidently present solutions and address client inquiries.
  6. Utilise your persuasive skills to close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and maximising profitability.
  7. Use our CRM system to monitor your sales activities and keep client records up to date.

Telesales Executive Qualifications & Skills:

  1. At least one year of sales or customer service experience.
  2. Excellent communication skills - you're a people person!
  3. A proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong drive to meet targets.
  4. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
  5. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively.
  6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  7. Resilience and ability to handle rejection in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Previous experience in the business supplies industry.
  9. Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
