Job Title: Business Development Executive

Salary: £25K basic OTE £37K

Location: Newport (hybrid offered after probation and training)

We are currently recruiting for a high-performing Business Development Executive to join an innovative office technology company based in Newport, South Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual with experience in telesales, cold-calling, and business development.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide results-driven solutions.

The Role:
  1. Identify and source potential new clients through telesales activity, and business development.
  2. Utilise leads and create tailored strategies to meet the needs of specific customers.
  3. Develop relationships with clients and use business acumen to identify areas for expansion.
  4. Utilise research and analytics to identify market trends and opportunities.
  5. Meet set Targets and KPIs.
The Candidate:
  1. Has a strong telesales ability with a clear understanding of the sales process.
  2. Demonstrates excellent communication and presentation skills.
  3. Has a natural ability to build relationships and develop meaningful business connections.
  4. Is able to think strategically and operate with a customer-centred approach.
  5. Has a minimum of 1 year's Business Development or telesales experience.
  6. Has experience from a Call Centre background, or high volume call environment.
  7. Is results-driven and has an eye for spotting new opportunities.
