Key Purpose of Job:

BT Local Business Birmingham to Hereford is extremely excited to announce that due to our rapid growth and success, we are now recruiting and expanding our team!

You’re backed by the strength of a global brand, while being able to provide a more personal service to businesses in our local area.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve Targets in all KPI & Sales Areas - Outbound Calling.
  2. Sell the full range of BT’s products and services.
  3. Manage & build strong customer relationships.
  4. Populate CRM tools as appropriate.
  5. Provide a prompt positive customer experience.
  6. Ensure your customer orders are dealt with efficiently.
  7. Be part of one sales team, sharing ideas, knowledge, and resources.
  8. Participate in coaching, training, and job shadowing.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  1. Capable of prioritizing own workload.
  2. Work along and take instructions from Senior members of staff.
  3. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, MS Outlook, and Internet.
  4. Driven and determined.
  5. Self-motivated.
  6. Able to communicate at all levels.
  7. Be very professional at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £21,673.00 - £39,673.00 per year
