Telesales Agent

Salary: £23,000 plus OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, and 10am to 6.30pm

Start date: 3rd July 2023

Are you looking to progress in your career and utilize your customer service or sales skills? No experience in telesales needed; we will consider candidates with a retail, call centre, or customer services background!

Paying a basic salary of £23,000 plus the opportunity to earn commission, you will need a great telephone manner, the ability to build fantastic rapport, and the motivation to hit targets. With the opportunity to earn commission on top of this, the route for progression through to management can be fast-paced.

Duties will include:

1. Making outbound calls to generate business for the over 50s life insurance department (working off cold bought leads)
2. Working with a sociable team in an open, light office environment
3. Through making outbound calls to new leads, you will be seeking to generate new business and encourage sales
