We're working with a thriving, family-run business in Mid Wales that's seeking a driven and confident Telesales representative to help expand their UK sales presence. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth of a successful and forward-thinking brand, taking ownership of sales targets while helping to shape a high-performing internal team.

1. Engaging new and existing customers via phone and email to promote products and services
2. Building strong client relationships and qualifying sales opportunities
3. Develop a strong understanding of the products and services to communicate effectively with customers
4. Working collaboratively with the wider team to hit targets and drive performance
5. Using CRM systems to track leads, manage data, and support reporting
6. Helping refine sales processes and contributing to a positive, efficient and motivated sales environment

The ideal Telesales candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

1. Confident communicator with strong people skills
2. An ability to make rational, commercial decisions
3. IT Proficient
4. Self-motivated, commercially aware, and keen to learn and grow

Our client is a well-established, family run business based in Mid Wales. Supplying and installing specialist products to clients across the UK, as well as an international-facing brand with a strong online presence. Originally focused on environmentally conscious solutions for the public sector, our client has expanded into the construction industry, working with major contractors nationwide.
