Job Description:
As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to sell our products/services. You will play a key role in driving our sales growth and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell products/services.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn about products/services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
