About your new job
Due to growth and changes within the business, we are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join this close team. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Supporting the internal sales team
Making outbound calls nationally as per a prearranged call cycle to current customers
Prospecting for new accounts and relaying information to the sales department
Making inquiries regarding customer satisfaction
Liaising with departments with accurate information regarding the outcome of customer calls
Customer retention and upsell
Order processing into NAV and customer portal training
About you!
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role
Professional phone manner and high level of attention to detail
Able to think outside the box demonstrating an agile approach to work
Ability to work in a team environment
Accurate data entry skills
