Job Title: Telemarketing / Telesales Executive

Location: Birmingham

Salary: Up to £28,000 (Based on Experience) + Commission

About the Role: We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a dynamic company seeking a Telemarketing / Telesales Executive to join their team in Birmingham. This role is perfect for an energetic and motivated individual who excels at building relationships over the phone and has a keen eye for spotting new business opportunities. As a Telemarketing / Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales team by booking appointments and following up on potential opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, a persuasive approach, and a drive to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing products and services and generating interest.
  2. Build strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and identifying potential business opportunities.
  3. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
  4. Achieve individual and team targets for lead generation and appointments.
  5. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system, ensuring follow-up activities are scheduled as needed.
  6. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximise opportunities and drive results.
  7. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related customer-focused role.
  2. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  3. Results-oriented and highly motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
  4. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  5. Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle objections confidently.
  6. Competent in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
