Job Description

Venn Group Telecoms Solution Architect SC Cleared 2 Year Contract Hybrid (1 day on-site in London or Greater Manchester, 4 days remote) £650-£720 per day (Inside IR35, Umbrella)

Our Public Sector client requires a Telecoms Solution Architect to join them on a long-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review the integrity and quality of technical designs
• Interface with Telecom Operators and act as the primary POC with specific telecom operators
• Assess proposed solutions for Value for Money
• Evaluate proposed High-Level and Low-Level designs to ensure they provide value for money
• Ensure solutions comply with relevant industry standards, good practice and legal requirements

Skills Required:

• Extensive experience of telecom network infrastructure
• Must have Cloud Technology experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience of Governance and Assurance roles
• Familiarity with typical telecom industry applications and their integration within network infrastructure
• Proven experience in software engineering, with an understanding of software development principles and practices

Desirable:

• Commercial experience is desirable
• Relevant telecoms and cloud industry certifications would be highly desirable
