Job Description:

• You will receive full and ongoing training and support throughout your working day.
• You will work on a long-term self-employed basis.
• Day-to-day duties include installing broadband, TV services, resolving broadband faults, and optimizing speed in customers' premises on behalf of clients like TalkTalk and BT.
• The successful candidate will have an interest in Telecoms/broadband/IT.
• You will undertake shifts on a rotational basis with flexible working options.
• In this field-based position, you will drive from one job to another, focusing on customer service.
• Our client is running a two-week training course for this position.
• Previous experience in Telecoms/broadband/IT is beneficial but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must have a full UK driver's license with no more than 6 points held for at least two years.
• Be friendly, customer-focused, and interested in IT, broadband, telephony, and digital TV technology.
