Pay

Job Description
- You will receive full and ongoing training in the role, supported throughout your working day by a dedicated service centre.
- You will be working on a long-term self-employed basis.
- Day-to-day duties include installing broadband and TV services, resolving broadband faults, and optimizing speed in our customers' premises on behalf of clients such as TalkTalk and BT.
- The successful candidate will have an interest in Telecoms, broadband, or IT.
- You will undertake shifts on a rotational basis with the option of flexible working.
- In this field-based position, you will drive from one job to another, providing the above services with a keen focus on customer service.
- Our client is running a training course for this Telecoms Field Engineer / Broadband Field Engineer / IT Field Engineer position, which will last for two weeks.
- Previous experience in the Telecoms, broadband, or IT field would be beneficial; however, an interest in either IT, Telecoms, or broadband would be sufficient.
Key Responsibilities
- You need to have a full UK driver's license with no more than 6 points and have held this for at least two years.
- You should be friendly, customer-focused, and eager to resolve customer issues.
- You must be interested in IT, broadband, telephony, and digital TV technology.
