Job description

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Designer to join our team on a contract basis (3-6 months initially) to support various technical design projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in schematics, installations, rack layouts, elevation views, floorplans, equipment housing, power supply, and DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing). In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with engineers, ensuring design accuracy, and meeting project deadlines.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and review technical design documentation.
2. Create detailed schematics and layouts for various projects.
3. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility.
4. Conduct site assessments and gather requirements.
5. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in technical design.
3. Proficient in design software and tools.
4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
