Job Description: As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, reaching out to potential customers, and promoting our range of premium windows, doors, and conservatories. Your role is vital in building and maintaining relationships with customers while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases.
  2. Introduce and promote our range of windows, doors, and conservatories, highlighting their features and benefits.
  3. Listen to customer inquiries, answer questions, and provide product information.
  4. Identify and qualify leads, assessing potential customer interest and needs.
  5. Schedule appointments for in-home consultations with our sales team.
  6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads in our CRM system.
  7. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven telesales or phone-based sales experience is preferred.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Confidence and persuasive abilities to engage potential customers.
  4. Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor solutions.
  5. Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales.
  6. Proficient in using CRM software and databases.
