Steel Frame System Detailer

Location: Telford / Hybrid 37.5 hr week

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.

At Advanced Resource Managers, we are proud to partner with a Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy that boasts a fully integrated construction modelling and detailing team. Our Civil and Structural Engineers work seamlessly alongside CAD Technicians to provide a more efficient, data-driven approach to construction and manufacturing. Additionally, we serve as a trusted sub-contract steelwork detailing office, with over 30 years of delivering exceptional service and high-quality solutions to the industry.

As our offsite division continues to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Steel Frame System (SFS) Detailer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will become part of a friendly, supportive environment, managing projects from start to finish.

Requirements of the role (but not limited to):

1. Producing accurately detailed 3D models in Tekla.
2. Producing all material call off, GA & fabrication drawings, CAM data etc from the Tekla 3D model.
3. Ability to understand architects, MEP and Structural drawings.
4. Ability to work with a concept and draw into a working detail whilst giving the architect what he requires and at the same time providing a buildable system that is also within budget.
5. Being able to work on multiple projects at once and keeping all clients informed of progress.
6. Ability to think on your feet when up against deadlines, budget and keeping the customer satisfied.
7. Ability to deal with short timescales and the pressure of needing results.
