Tekla Designer

Singh & Jones are working with an established systems house company based in Birmingham. With growth over the past few years exceeding expectations as well as record quarters, my client is keen to recruit experienced SFS and/or Tekla Designers.

The role will report directly to the Design Director and your duties will include;

1. Produce Tekla and AutoCAD models from client’s drawings for the production of preliminary material lists, fabrication and fitting drawings.
2. Ensure that all models and drawings are delivered in line with project fabrication programme.
3. Check your own work to ensure all modelling and drawings are produced to the highest of standards and quality.
4. Attend Site Surveys.
5. Work as part of a team and provide support to other members of the Drawing Office and other departments as required for the successful delivery of projects.
