Technology Implementation Project Manager

Our client is a global luxury retailer, looking for a Technology Implementation Project Manger to support the development and process of their CDP (Customer Data Platform) implementation.

This role will involve supporting the delivery of the CDP implementation, tracking and reporting on progress and communicating with relevant stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth delivery.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Supplier & IT PMO to co-ordinate activities, setting deadlines for deliverables and supporting creation of sign off process for all key discovery documents.
• Focus the team on the 2 week sprints in terms of deliverables.
• Work closely with business/campaign owners on migration plans from current systems to new CDP platform.
• Support creation of key governance documents and wider communications to business stakeholders.
• Proactively capture and manage risks and address issues in RAID log.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 5 years' experience supporting technological implementation projects across large matrix organizations, ideally in the implementation of CDP
• Expertise with project management software like Jira or Confluence.
• Good understanding of CDPs and related technologies such as data management platforms, data lakes, and marketing automation tools, desirable.
• Organised, collaborative, and structured approach to managing project ambiguity and complexity.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Luxury retail experience is beneficial.
