Job description

This is a role responsible for producing Help Guides and Release Notes for the Orderwise product releases.

Responsibilities
  • To create & maintain appropriate help guides for the Orderwise software being tested
  • To review and amend Release Notes for each Orderwise Release to ensure they are complete and of the required standard
  • Liaise with QA Engineers and Software Engineers to understand the nature of changes/new features so they can be documented appropriately in the Help Guides and Release Notes
  • Liaise with QA Engineers and Software Engineers when required to ensure issues are understood, effectively recorded and communicated to ensure a satisfactory resolution
  • Participate in appropriate training activities and encourage and support other colleagues in their development and training
  • Suggest ways to improve existing processes within the QA team
