Protyre Autocare is looking for a Regional Technical Trainer (RTT) to provide essential training support to Protyre Autocare centres. You will act as a bridge between our retail centres and various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient processes are followed for course nominations, bookings, schedules, and certification, both before and after completion. Travel to various sites with some nights away will be required for this role.

Position: Regional Technical Trainer (RTT) - Central UK

Essential: Full UK Driving Licence. The ability to travel with some nights away

Location: Working remotely, visiting Warwick Academy as required

About our role:

1. Be the primary contact for training, acting as the main liaison for training-related matters for Centre/Area Managers and Regional Directors.
2. Address all training requirements and complete and maintain a comprehensive training needs analysis.
3. Attend school/college open days.
4. Facilitate induction days for new starters.
5. Attend and support operational meetings detailing training, development, and people subjects.
6. Follow up on no-shows and gain feedback for training sessions.
7. Review and track individual progress via e-learning platforms.
8. Ensure compliance with the Learning Management System (LMS).
9. Maintain accurate training and personnel records.
10. Coordinate pre- and post-course training materials.
11. Create and issue communications for upcoming courses.

About you:

1. Experience in a similar field-based role.
2. Experience of proactively managing tasks.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Technical Automotive Industry background, ideal but not essential.
5. Experience in project management, ideal but not essential.
