As a Technical Trainer (Electrical), you'll be at the heart of their mission to raise industry standards and empower learners to thrive in their careers.

As a Technical Trainer (Electrical) you will be:

Sharing your technical knowledge in a classroom and workshop environment, helping learners gain the skills and confidence they need to succeed. Whether training new entrants or upskilling qualified professionals, you'll play a vital role in supporting safe, competent, and compliant working practices.

• Experienced in electrical installation, maintenance, or inspection and testing
• Confident delivering technical content to groups or individuals
• Knowledgeable in current industry regulations, including BS7671 and the 18th Edition
• Able to develop and adapt training materials to suit learner needs
• Ideally hold a recognised teaching or assessing qualification (AET, CAVA, or equivalent) desirable

As a successful Technical Trainer (Electrical) you will be able to demonstrate the following:

• A recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organisational skills with the ability to manage learner progress and training schedules
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across sites if required
