About the Role: The Technical Training Department continues to invest in technology, equipment, and expertise to set us apart from the competition. This role will predominantly work from our brand new Luton Training and Technology centre, a home location that is within daily commutable distance is essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver and facilitate technical training to our customers and employees.
2. Where relevant, ensure programmes meet the requirements of our awarding bodies and industry scheme requirements.
3. Design training programmes for our exciting product release roadmap, providing the opportunity to exercise creativity and best in class training methodology.
4. Manage your own time and workload, keeping all your stakeholders updated on progress and contributing to the team success.
5. Contribute to the performance and reputation of our training function.
6. Develop and drive excellence in our training locations and mobile facilities.

Qualifications - Essential requirements Include:

1. NVQ 3/City and Guilds/Equivalent industry qualifications
2. Domestic ACS Core units
3. Unvented HWSS (G3)
4. Excellent communication and organisational skills
5. Demonstrable enthusiasm and passion to undertake a training and development role.

The following are desirable: (but training and support would be offered to attain these qualifications)

1. Experience and qualification in heat pumps
2. Experience and qualification in F-Gas
3. TAQA/A1 Assessor Award or equivalent
4. TAQA/V1 Internal Verifier Award or Equivalent
5. A Training / Learning and Development qualification such as C&G 7300, 6318 or equivalent - and/or previous experience of successful working within a vocational learning environment

Required Skills: We need to go where our customers are, so you will need to hold a full UK driving licence and be prepared to spend some time away from home. We keep this to a minimum, but it is a requirement as part of your core duties and frequency can fluctuate based on demand.
