We’re looking for a Technical Team Lead – Managed Services to spearhead our Senior Support Engineering team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless resolution of escalated technical issues, optimizing key Managed Services platforms, and providing strategic advisory support to internal teams and customers.

To be successful in this role :

• Mentor, support, and monitor team performance, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction are met.
• Act as a primary escalation point, managing complex technical issues and major incidents efficiently.
• Ensure smooth customer transitions and maintain Managed Services platforms (RMM, NMS, ITSM, Security tools).
• Provide expert consultation on IT infrastructure, cloud, security, and networking solutions.
• Identify recurring issues, drive problem management, and enhance service delivery strategies.

What are we looking for :

• 7+ years in IT support, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong experience in Managed Services operations and automation tools.
• Hands-on expertise with RMM, NMS, ITSM platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Networking fundamentals.
• ITIL certification (preferred) + professional certifications (e.g., CCNP, Microsoft, Security).
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
