Job description

Your new company
A full-time or part-time interim role is available working on the client-side, for a public sector body based in the Gloucestershire region. Can you provide technical support in relation to property and structure-related matters to help our client?

Your new role
As a technical property support professional, you will assist the property team with a variety of critical responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret leases and lease plans.
  • Raise PO numbers and help to manage procurement processes.
  • Utilise mapping systems for property management.
  • Maintain and update property management systems.
  • Hand out keys to contractors and help to manage access.

This is a flexible role which will allow you to decide your own hours (within the parameters of the job), and work from home when able to do so.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience with local authority car parking structures would be excellent. However, this is not an essential requirement.

  • Ability to read leases and lease plans.
  • Familiarity with property management systems and mapping tools.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.


What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a flexible contract with a minimum duration of six months. You'll be able to work flexibly, choosing your own hours, alongside working from home where applicable.
