The successful candidate will need experience with planning application processes, validation, CIL, digitisation, and customer service. The post holder will play a pivotal role in leading a team that is undergoing an exciting transformation process. The successful candidate will be instrumental in guiding the team through this change, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.

They will be leading and motivating the technical support team to achieve service objectives during a period of transformation and will be overseeing the implementation of modernised processes and ensuring their successful adoption.
