Location: Peterborough PE2

Shifts: Day Shifts

Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum

My client is one of the world's leading manufacturers within their industry. They are currently looking for a Shopfloor Team Leader to join their team.

The Role - Shopfloor Team Leader:

1. Supervising a small team
2. Overlooking Health & Safety, carrying out risk assessments
3. Quality checking parts using various hand tools
4. Supervising assembly procedures, as well as working on an assembly line
5. Working independently and as part of a team

Minimum Skills / Experience Required - Fabrication Team Leader:

1. Previous team leader experience desirable
2. Background in Mechanical Engineering or Fabrication
3. Able to quality check own parts
4. Able to carry out Risk Assessments
5. Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
6. Motivated and excellent team player

The Package - Shopfloor Team Leader:

1. Starting salary £30,000 per annum
2. Overtime available
3. Free onsite parking
4. 28 Days Holiday
