Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise a team of technical staff.
2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Oversee maintenance and repair work.
4. Coordinate with clients to ensure service satisfaction.
5. Prepare reports on team performance and service delivery.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in a supervisory role within facilities management.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Technical knowledge related to facilities management.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
5. Relevant certifications or qualifications preferred.
