Field Maintenance Technician – Soft Drinks

Salary package - up to £50k OTE when fully trained

Location: North London (Ideally you will be located within the M25 or surrounds)
Hours: Monday- Friday 9:00-17:30, 1 weekend per month, 1 week on call per month - NO NIGHTS

The key to the success of our brands is a world-class commercial team who are now looking for 2 X Field Service Engineers to work with our customers at various sites every day installing, diagnosing, and repairing our Dispense and Chiller equipment. This is a fantastic autonomous role where you will have your own company vehicle and be responsible for being the face of Britvic to our many wonderful and exciting customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, diagnose, maintain, and repair our soft drinks dispense and chiller equipment at a variety of client sites including pubs, bars, restaurants, live music venues, fast food chains, and more!
• You will be provided with a company van where each day you will visit multiple sites to carry out works; no two days are the same, so there is a lot of variety in what you do.
• Educate our customers to be able to diagnose basic faults and understand their responsibilities regarding basic equipment hygiene to maximize equipment service time.
• Diagnose, repair, and exchange capital equipment, i.e., coolers and bar valves.
• Ensure health and safety preparation, keeping on top of your paperwork.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

• You will have a practical approach and ideally have experience in a technical or engineering role.
• You will need a logical approach to solving problems, be good with your hands, but most importantly, get a real buzz out of helping people.
• Experience in diagnostic repairs on electrical and/or mechanical equipment would be advantageous.
• You will have the ability to build relationships with customers and deliver great customer service.
• You will be flexible and able to work independently.
• You will have a full driving license.
